Chinese Influences in American Art

The recent emergence of China as a leader in international art has attracted the attention of many American artists.  This exhibit at Gallery 705 features paintings and constructions by Pennsylvania and New York artists whose works show influence from Chinese landscape paintings, temples and calligraphy. Featured in the exhibit are
Barbara Bachner, Carol Galligan, Claire Giblin, Elisa Pritzker, and Jean Promutico
